Day 5: Whole Foods Patio for Lunch Later?

Day 5: Whole Foods Patio for Lunch Later?

Note: The Rules & Guidelines for the Yes Test can be found here.

Other than the American Airlines rep who asked me if I wanted to confirm my flight out of Vancouver, my Whole Foods invite was the only direct yes/no question I've been asked today. I had curried chicken salad and broccoli crunch salad, with a green kombucha to wash it down. The lunch did redirect my schedule from taking yoga at 2:30 to CrossFit at 4pm, and while at CrossFit, I helped someone with her handstand push ups and bar muscle ups. So if some girl called "Schling" qualifies for the CrossFit Games next year, you'll have my Yes to thank.

I also did book that flight, and then cancelled it a few hours later when I realized that it's really stupid for me to fly home for one or two nights just to change out my wardrobe. That's what FedEx is for. And, it's a hell of a lot cheaper for me to fly to wherever directly from Vancouver rather than having to go through The Biggest Little City In The World.

Not all days can be Yes Test winners.
